Status Definitions:
Est Approval Needed: Waiting for customer to approve an estimate so we can move forward.

Awaiting Customer: Waiting for customer to arrange initial or follow up repair.

Awaiting Delivery: Unit is ready to be returned. Need to coordinate delivery with customer.

Complete-Cust Pickup Unit is ready for customer to pick up. Please pick up within 5 days.

Repair in Progress Unit is in shop having diagnostics or repairs performed.

Assigned-Not Started Unit has been assigned to a technician but not looked at yet. Based on time of year this can vary. Estimated completion date for repair is listed.

Tech Complete Unit is ready and in billing process. Typically no longer than 24 hours before contact is made.

Parts On Order parts have been ordered. Repairs will be complete once they arrive. Depending on brand, typical 4-6 day turn around. Some brands can take much longer.
